Tropical Wings
Voor dit frameboeket zijn uit hout gesneden vleugels in elkaar gezet met draad met daartussen koperen busjes voor een fraai 3D-effect. De bloemtinten – in fuchsia roze, blauw, paars, oranje – geven de speelse combinatie een flinke dosis lef. Gebruikte materialen: Gerbera ‘Pasta’, Delphinium, Zantedechia, Clematis, Polianthes tuberosa, rode Eucalyptus met bes. Een tak goudkleurig gespoten judaspenning, pauwenveren en enkele kolibrie ornamenten versterken de kleurrijke exotische uitstraling.
IJsblauw
In deze winterse compositie vormt kaarsvet een ‘ijzige’ huid over de twee halve bollen van piepschuim. In de bollen is bio steekschuim geplaatst waarvan de buitenrand compact is opgestoken met Limonium. In het midden is een mooie nieuwe soort Delphinium compact en strak verwerkt als bovenlaag. Het beeld
is helder en grafisch. En, zo gestoken,
blijft het geheel toch verrassend lang goed, mits ‘t een dag voor het verwerken goed is
gehydrateerd.
Koel
De kubusvormige ondergrond gemaakt van hergebruikt piepschuim verpakkingsmateriaal met een laag kaarsvet geeft dit arrangement een koele winterse glans. Glasbuisjes zijn
verlengd met dik aluminiumdraad en
afgewerkt met een bouillondraad-binding
voor zowel techniek als decoratie. In de
buisjes Delphinium in een krachtige, samengebonden groep voor maximale rust en focus.
Harmonious Family
This playful yet elegant arrangement features a collection of glass vases in varying shapes and sizes, all from the same design family. Grouped together on a round, gold-coloured base, they form a unified display with a shared foundation. Each vase holds a carefully chosen flower in rich tones of purple, blue, red, and brown – giving every bloom its own space and presence while contributing to the overall harmony.
Collection
This floral still life showcases a vibran t selection of late May blooms – sourced both from the wholesaler and the garden. The arrangement features an eclectic mix of striking forms and unique varieties. A bold base of complementary orange and blue gives the piece visual power and intensity, while softer tones of pink, lilac, apricot, and a hint of red add warmth and harmony. The result is a joyful, energetic composition, brought to life through dramatic lighting and strong contrasts of light and shadow.

Tuned
An antique, hand-painted vase with a floral motif serves as both a vase and a source of inspiration. The flowers were carefully selected to echo the vase’s colour palette and floral forms, creating a seamless visual harmony between container and composition. Max made his selection from a large collection of flowers with minimal repetition: ‘A collection of beauty that we continue to discover’. Inspired by the rich contrasts often seen in classic floral still lifes, he paired purple and blue hues with earthy browns and nude tones to create a striking cool–warm contrast, further enhanced by dramatic photography. The arrangement was composed directly in the vase, without support materials.
