Wiel van herinnering
Een gestripte, zwart gespoten fietswielvelg is op een pin met daaronder een stevige grindsteen bevestigd, en vormt daarmee een grafisch statement. Door de gaatjes van de spaken zijn zwarte ijzerdraden gespannen met daaraan glazen buisjes. Hierin ontstaat een speels ritme van hangende en opgaande lijnen; de groen-witte kleurstelling houdt het beeld sereen en licht.
Gebruikte materialen: diverse witte rozen, hang Amaranthus, takken Rosa ‘Corallo’ en knopherik ranken met peulen (Raphanus raphanistrum).
Seizoenswisseling
Een royaal boeket symboliseert de overgang van de nazomer naar de herfst. Krachtige takstructuren gecombineerd met Rosa ‘Corallo’ takken, bessen en volle bloemkoppen. De gelaagde opbouw en het rijke kleurverloop maken het boeket tot een echte blikvanger voor entree of balie. De sculpturale vaas onderstreept de showstopper-allure om al bij de entree het nieuwe seizoen welkom te heten. Gebruikte materialen: sleedoorn, meidoorn, rozenbottels, Heliopsis, Dahlia.
Herinnering met zonnekracht
Een duurzaam object van karton, rondom beplakt met gedroogde zonnebloempitten voor textuur. In de geribbelde kartonnen blokken zijn een aantal mooie Rosa ‘Corallo’ takken geplaatst met wat ranken van de Cardiospermum halicacabum ‘Love in a Puff’. De open structuur laat zich kort voor de plechtigheid vullen; lijnen, pluimen en zaad dozen geven ritme en reliëf en maken personalisatie met tuin bloemen mogelijk. Materialen: siergrassen, pimpernel (Sanguisorba), uitgebloeide Agapanthus met zwarte zaad dozen, Crocosmia en Heliopsis.
Crown of Contrasts
This powerful composition reinterprets the symbolism of traditional Christian thought. The dramatic structure of thorny Acacia branches, bound together with natural fibers, surrounds a delicate bouquet of white and blush roses. The sharp thorns recall the crown of Christ, while the white rose symbolizes purity and the Virgin Mary. Delicately woven grasses soften the intensity and add movement. A design that uses botanical elements for their form, but also for the deep emotional and cultural story they convey.
Wrapped
In this design, numerous glass test tubes in varying sizes have been individually wrapped in ultra-thin wood veneer, then joined together to mirror the shape of the gold-toned bowl by Ecri Living. Flowers are inserted directly into water-filled tubes, ensuring hydration without floral foam. The result is a decorative base made entirely from botanical and reusable materials – perfect for sustainable design and versatile for future use across different styles and settings.
Lush
This arrangement, set in a modern tulip vase by Mobach, evokes the lush abundance of Dutch Golden Age still lifes while embracing a contemporary aesthetic. Large, open blooms are arranged in rich variety, with a striking colour gradient that flows from deep purples through pinks to peach, fuch
sia, red, and even a touch of orange. These vibrant hues mirror the unique glaze of the vase, creating a cohesive and expressive composition. The interplay of light and shadow enhances the luxurious mood, giving this modern still life both depth and drama.
