Diny Bloem grew up among the azaleas of her father, who was a grower and had a flower shop in Loenen on the Veluwe. Diny attended the vocational school in Velp and then trained as a certified floral artist in Utrecht. After obtaining her master binder diploma, Diny traveled the world as a freelance floral binder, stylist and consultant at top florists and hotels and worked for periods as manager of stores in Australia, Germany and Switzerland.In 1991 Diny opened her own Blomatelier; a unique combination of a studio/gallery, shop and International Florist Training Centre in the historic heart of Gouda. Here Diny creates unique floral creations for consumers and companies and for weddings, farewells and events. Furthermore, Diny is a Recognized European Judge for competitions in floral art.
