Gerrit is a two-time Dutch champion in floral arranging for secondary vocational education students and earned a medal for excellence at the European Championship in Poland in 2023. A slight accent can be detected in his fluent Dutch. He lived in Ukraine for the first 17 years of his life and came to the Netherlands to study. This ambitious student masters the language and floral arranging techniques incredibly quickly.
