Fan-shaped
The Singapore bouquet by Irati Tamarit is part of a collection inspired by vibrant global cities. "This bouquet is a tribute to spring, which blooms slowly and shyly, regaining its color after a lifeless winter, represented by the empty space within the ring. The structure of this piece is a reinterpretation of the Nobel bouquet by Swedish master florist Per Benjamin." First, Irati made the wire ring. The Strelitzia leaves are sewn onto the structure by piercing the central vein and carefully arranging them—smaller leaves on the sides and larger ones in the middle—to create a fan-like shape. The bouquet incorporates Dianthus caryophyllus, Chrysanthemum uniflora, Eustoma grandiflorum, and Miscanthus sinensis.
Understated chic
Working with one flower variety can be very effective for an understated chic creation. To create Baltic chic at its best, a few branches of evergreens and candles were added to two spherical made-up white pots of Chrysanthemum 'Baltica White'.
Two hearts in one
A heart of silver aluminum wire (2 mm) is given a soft, silver-gray skin v an Calocephalus brownii. It is secured by wrapping with silver bouillon wire. Inside, a second, intimate small heart shape is glued with fine flowers - a beautiful symbolism. Materials used: Chrysanthemum, Scabiosa, Tillandsia, lisianthus, Clematis Amazing Kibo, mini Phalaenopsis and leaves of Kalanchoe.
Balanced
This large, sustainable arrangement spans nearly a meter in width and is built on a striking base made from the roots of the Davallia fern. These roots dry beautifully, allowing the bowl-shaped structure to be reused time and again. The frame beneath - made from thick aluminum wire - is completely hidden, serving purely as a strong technical support. Long strands of fern root have been woven and layered into an intricate, textured network, adding depth and natural movement. Around 200 water tubes are discreetly embedded throughout the design, making it easy to refresh and reuse each one. Though robust in construction, the overall effect is organic and artistic - a perfect balance of structure and softness.
Wrapped
In this design, numerous glass test tubes in varying sizes have been individually wrapped in ultra-thin wood veneer, then joined together to mirror the shape of the gold-toned bowl by Ecri Living. Flowers are inserted directly into water-filled tubes, ensuring hydration without floral foam. The result is a decorative base made entirely from botanical and reusable materials - perfect for sustainable design and versatile for future use across different styles and settings.
Intertwined
This arrangement features a hand-knotted, semi-circular frame made from 1.4 mm black floral wire. Woven through the structure are a variety of roadside grasses and seed pods, creating a natural, textural base. The frame is placed over a large bowl filled with water, the whole thing is placed on a glass cake stand to give the piece height and elegance. The flowers are arranged directly into water - no floral foam required. While the materials are biodegradable, the frame itself is durable and can be reused many times.
