This floral still life showcases a vibran t selection of late May blooms - sourced both from the wholesaler and the garden. Summer joy
A frame is bound from two rings, rattan pith, and binding wire. The flowers are sheaf-bound ajour through the frame, allowing the elongated flower shapes to be displayed to their full advantage. Green materials used: Eremurus stenophyllus, bright blue Delphinium belladonna, cobalt blue Delphinium ‘Guardian Blue’, Centaurea montana, Anethum graveolens, Umbrella fern, mustard yellow Rosa Spoiler, and Panicum ‘Umbrella’.
