On a modified shape of an Oasis sec sphere from Smithers Oasis, Jacobaea 'Ovidius' leaves were glued with cold glue. The stem is made from a wooden stick wrapped with silver bouillon wire - this is glued into the sphere. On the bulb are glued Polianthes tuberosa, dried chrysanthemum buds, Cambria and Scabiosa. The processed flowers match beautifully with the gray color of the Jacobaea 'Ovidius' leaves whose soft petals invite touch.
