Soft pink with a playful line

For a young girl’s funeral, Pascal created a understated floral arrangement centered around an Oasis BioLine BioWave. The base remains visible and defines the contours of the design. Fully open, soft-pink flowers of Paeonia ‘Sarah Bernhardt’ are arranged closely together and follow the lines of the BioWave. Thick, uncolored reed weaves between and over the peonies. A few bright pink lines allude to the dark pink speckles that can appear in the flowers. The combination of a solid floral surface and a subtle interplay of lines lends the arrangement a sense of calm, softness, and a touch of playfulness.

A vibrant play of colors

An Oasis BioLine BioWave in a basket forms the basis of this colorful floral arrangement. The flowers have been deliberately mixed, creating a composition where color, flower shape, and texture alternate. Lilium ‘Apricot Fudge’ adds a warm apricot hue; Achillea ‘Neonglow Ember New Red’ adds a contrasting red. The pale pink Paeonia ‘Sarah Bernhardt’ and the more vividly colored Paeonia ‘Karl Rosenfield’ provide volume. Helleborus ‘Classic Grace’ introduces a calmer rhythm among the flowers. The dark foliage of Cotinus coggygria ‘Royal Purple’ adds depth, while Gleichenia polypodioides, or coral fern, connects the various flower shapes with its delicate branches.

Lines Across a Heart of Peonies

The fully open flowers of Paeonia ‘Sarah Bernhardt’ form a compact surface in which the outline of the center remains recognizable. Overlaying this is a refined interplay of lines created by Asparagus setaceus. Small sections of foliage are mounted on wire and wrapped in fine bouillon wire. Individual Sedum leaves strung on wire form a second green line running through the arrangement. Rosettes of Sempervivum are taken from the parent plant and secured to the center with pins in a clearly defined pattern. The repetition of the geometric rosettes contrasts with the full peonies and gives the design rhythm and an artisanal character.

Growing freely on the box

This casket arrangement is, of course, arranged loosely, creating a casual, botanical look. The foliage of Caladium and Alocasia ‘Polly’ provides bold shapes, contrasting with the delicate textures of Asparagus setaceus and Asparagus densiflorus. Low-growing Allium schubertii introduces a graphic interplay of lines to the base; Moluccella laevis, also known as Irish bells, adds vertical lines. The grayish hue of the Asplenium fern complements the casket lid. Panicles of Ammi majus and the soft pink flowers of Paeonia ‘Sarah Bernhardt’ soften the composition. A single flower of Clematis ‘Amazing Kyiv’ provides a subtle finishing touch.

Luxurious effect

This bridal bouquet has a loose, flowing shape with a central base of peonies and English roses, symbolizing romance. By arranging the asparagus fern and jasmine in a fanning pattern, the bouquet takes on a lush, full appearance.

It includes, among others, the ‘Royal Blush’ spray rose, jasmine, asparagus, Astrantia ‘Billion Sweet Rose’, pink and white ranunculus, Paeonia ‘Bridal Shower’, white anemone, limonium, Clematis ‘Star River’, and Paeonia ‘Angel Cheeks’.

Brightly colored

This summer bouquet is arranged in a brightly colored vase. Raffia was used in the arrangement, among other materials. In addition, the bouquet consists of many different, colorful flowers: Paeonia lactiflora, Lilium, Phalaenopsis, Cymbidium, Allium schubertii, Dahlia, Gerbera jamesonii, Zantedeschia, Eryngium, Eustoma grandiflorum, Asparagus setaceus, and Asparagus densiflorus.
