Radiant star

A star shape of Oasis floral foam was lined with bands made of braided reeds. The dry floral foam was coated with snow and filled with fine dried sprigs with gold-colored dried fruit in between for a festive effect. A half Styrofoam sphere lined with mulberry fiber and filled with Oasis floral foam was placed centrally on the star. Inside the sphere is a floral feast of roses, carnations, Chamelaucium and thistles. Curled metal wire wrapped with white mulberry fiber, and Helleborus and Phalaenopsis in water tubes provide playful accents.

Airy layering

This bouquet is constructed using two techniques that reinforce each other. The whimsical stems of Asparagus falcatus 'Wild' are set on wire and form an airy framework. In between, the long spikes of Amaranthus caudatus 'Rosary' give the arrangement graceful movement, the long stems standing in water. Loose flowers of Phalaenopsis are, with cold glue, subtly attached.

Green embraced

An airy heart-shaped wire frame in the 'crush' technique forms the base, wrapped all around with finely feathered Asparagus setaceus 'Plumosus' and secured with green bouillon wire. Injected with glue, the foliage remains nicely intact. Two compact flowers of Phalaenopsis bring light and focus to the green center.

Two hearts in one

A heart of silver aluminum wire (2 mm) is given a soft, silver-gray skin v an Calocephalus brownii. It is secured by wrapping with silver bouillon wire. Inside, a second, intimate small heart shape is glued with fine flowers - a beautiful symbolism. Materials used: Chrysanthemum, Scabiosa, Tillandsia, lisianthus, Clematis Amazing Kibo, mini Phalaenopsis and leaves of Kalanchoe.

Sleep tight

Silver spool wire is interwoven and woven until a loose kIus shape is created. Attached to this base are many small test tubes incorporating a wide variety of flowers in a rich color palette. Flowers used: Gloriosa 'Fifty Shades', various Clematis Amazing varieties such as London, Miami, Kansas and Sofia. As well as Polianthes 'Elsa Blush', Chasmantium latifolium 'Mantis', Talinum 'Long John', Astrantia 'Roma', Phalaenopsis, Lilium, Scabiosa Bon Bon Scoop French Vanilla, Viola and several varieties of Dahlia.

Petrified Heart

The outside of an OASIS Biolit Bio heart is finished with textile ribbon. The biodegradable base is first stuffed with tufts of gypsophila to form a soft bulge and then "petrified" with wax for a timeless effect - and making it last. Powerfully contrasting black seed pods in round flower shapes (Agapanthus) are tucked into a bulge, between them roses in beautiful soft pink and nude hues and various small-flowered Phalaenopsis. Delicate accents of tendrils of Cardiospermum halicacabum 'Love in a Puff' and some golden leaves add light and movement.
