Wooden cylinders

Set into this ceramic bowl are several sizes of blank wood cylinders - leftover wood from a staircase maker. Between the cylinders are sandwiched many glass tubes in different sizes - this way you can reuse the base infinitely. The tubes contain many special species such as beautiful fern curls, various orchids, Ranunculus, Ludisia, Clematis, Gloriosa, Talinum 'Long John' and beautiful, very dark Anthurium.

Cycle

For this base, a vase three-quarters filled with Oasis Floral Foam Bio for the heavy stems, the top part of the vase is filled with Oasis TerraBrick for the softer stems and a nice finish. The base is made of dried sunflowers and dried-in roadside flowers from last summer. Through this frame 'grow' the tulips, Clematis Amazing Seville, Sanguisorba 'Red Dream', Talinum 'Long John', Chaenomeles, Fritillaria meleagris, Geranium, Hamamelis, Helleborus 'Bella Belles', Ranunculus and Polianthes tuberosa. All materials are staked in a natural-looking parallel fashion.

Spring Explosion

In a glass bowl filled with clay, pieces of bamboo stem varying in height were inserted - these, to prevent splintering, were cut into pieces with a band saw. The bamboo serves as a water carrier but also as a support to hold the flowers in place. A wide variety of spring flowers were incorporated: Gloriosa, Papaver, Anemone, Ranunculus, Polianthes tuberosa, Sanguisorba, Talinum 'Long John' and Chasmanthium latifolium.

For my love

You don't always have to express your love with a big bouquet - why not with a pretty wreath? A strip of felt is glued around a Smithers Oasis organic wreath as a finishing touch. By the way, the Bio floral foam may simply remain visible - not completely stuffed also saves a lot of time and material costs. The flowers used are: Talinum 'Long John', carnations, Clematis fluff, Cambria orchid, Scabiosa flowers and seed pods, Ludisia orchid, Syngonium leaf, Japanese Allium and jasmine vines. For the ultimate love feeling, some beautiful wooden hearts are incorporated in beautifully matching colors.

Subdued

For this Mother's Day bouquet in beautiful shades of brown, 5mm aluminum wires are wrapped with metallic wool, in between is a brown fabric heart. A beautiful symbolism: the heart is pierced with one thread and the remaining threads 'grow' around it as well as the flowers weaving through the threads. Sanguisorba, Talinum 'Long John', Cambria orchid, Phalaenopsis, Gloriosa, Japanese Allium, Scabiosa, beautiful brown carnations and wonderfully fragrant Polianthes tuberosa are incorporated here.

Natural with color

From Smithers Oasis Rustic Wire in natural color, flowers and difference leaf shapes have been formed, each drilled into a wooden base of the natural base and then secured around the glass vases with Smithers Oasis paper wire. This immediately looks decorative and the bases can be made up in many different ways - with the neutral base, really any color will fit. Here we chose Gloriosa, carnations, Talinum 'Long John', Japanese Allium, Guzmania, Anthurium and Syngonium foliage for some tranquility.
