Macramé

When you think of a bohemian wedding, you immediately envision a macramé backdrop, a dress with macramé elements, and macramé decorations. This bridal bouquet was created in a macramé 'handbag' made on a wooden circle with a 30cm diameter. Typical for this style is the addition of foliage such as Tillandsia and a spotted Begonia leaf. Flowers used: Rosa 'Living Coral', spray rose Azore, Eustoma 'Sabrina Orange', Jasminum, Gloriosa 'Exotic Orange', Phalaenopsis, and Chrysanthemum Santini Doria Cherry.

Lavender bouquet

Small lavender bouquets (Lavandula) are glued onto a metal structure. Blue-colored Stipa grasses give the bouquet a light and playful look. The flowers that are centrally incorporated are attached to the structure with cold glue: Delphinium, Muscari, Eryngium alpinum and Tillandsia. This bouquet has a natural boho look, the natural spicy lavender scent provides a pleasant scent experience.

On a bed of pine needles

For this boho bridal bouquet in waterfall shape, a structure of dried and whitewashed pine needles was chosen. Small bouquets of pine needles are attached to a rounded metal frame. The large Alocasia amazonica leaves provide a special accent. Muscari, Eryngium alpinum, Brunia laevis ‘Kaaps Silver’, Ornithogalum, Clematis Amazing Miami, Clematis Amazing Kibo, Clematis Amazing Star River, Tillandsia and Delphinium are incorporated in line with the bridal bouquet.’

Powerful

A superb flower to work with is the Craspedia; they also dry nicely. However, for the final result, it is important to find spheres of the same size. They are individually placed on a 1.6 mm wire and run nicely from thin to thick towards the Craspedia sphere. The stems are individually attached to a gold-colored ring wrapped with wire – always with the same distance between the wires. Not many extra flowers and materials have been added to this powerful shape: one beautiful Ceropegia sandersonii tendril, Tillandsia dyeriana flowers, Gloriosa, and various orchids.

Wire netting

Wherever you are, always keep your eyes open for interesting surfaces of objects that you can use in a different way. In this wire basket, a complete Tillandsia 'Hermosa' is glued together with pieces of Talinum 'Long John'. It immediately forms a good base to start with. All other flowers are glued in between and onto this: ranunculus, Scabiosa, Madiba chrysanthemums, Tillandsia dyeriana and Cambria orchids. A charming bridal bouquet that can be made very quickly.

Wearable Bohemian

Two wide, half-moon-shaped pieces of sturdy cardboard are attached to each other with tape. On the inside, the handle of bound reed is firmly attached. The outside is covered with small pieces of pampas grass plumes in a roof tile pattern. After this, the inside is covered with foil and Oasis MaxLife is attached to the bag. The Avalanche+, in beautiful shades, is glued into the floral foam with Oasis Cold glue. To add refinement to the whole, various Sedum species, leaf materials and Tillandsia are glued together to create a beautiful composition.
