Circled

With black wrapping wire, pine cones are attached to each other by making two wreaths around each other. This creates two rows of pine cones. An iron ring was incorporated into the inner row to create strength after which the whole thing was placed on a frame of black pokes: the basis for a hand-tied bouquet. The bouquet features flowers in beautiful shades of purple, brown and salmon: Clematis (including C. Amazing Kibo), Helleborus, chrysanthemum, Scabiosa, Zantedeschia, lisianthus, Echeveria succulents and Kalanchoe beharensis foliage.
Subdued

A 5mm aluminum wire was placed on a wooden base. On this, 2 mm aluminum wire was placed and coarsely kneaded into a Christmas tree model using the crush technique. Around this are cut pieces of the Calocephalus plant, or silver bush, wrapped with silver wire. The plants are super dry which also makes this little tree very long lasting! Two beautiful Kalanchoe leaves complete the look - here the art of omission applies.
