Danish florist Dan Xavier has been working with flowers as a freelancer since his florist examination in 2009 and in recent years has been running his flower shop Fuldt Flor in Skanderborg as an independent entrepreneur; a town in the lake district of Central Jutland in Denmark. In addition to being a florist, Dan is also a teacher at one of the two schools that Denmark has for florists.As a floral designer, Dan enjoys working with shapes and structures and then constructs the whole into ephemeral works. He emphasizes the importance of actually showing the entire flower – including stem and leaf.
