OK Plant raises €6,000 for KWF with Gift Sets

OK Plant, the family business behind Kolibri Company, has already sold 1,200 special KWF Gift Sets this summer. This has raised €6,000 for KWF Cancer Relief. For each set sold, the company donates €5 to the foundation.
Most of the sets - over 1,000 pieces - found their way to 15 German garden centers, where they are part of a special KWF campaign. Each set includes a card with the message that €5 goes to KWF with purchase.

The KWF Gift Set consists of a decorative tray with a Kolibri Greens, a Kolibri Orchids and matching pots from Kolibri Home in a trendy travertine color. The sets are available exclusively to specialty retailers through Floriday and available through Week 36.

The promotion is linked to Marly and Julia Olsthoorn's participation in the Amsterdam Half Marathon on October 19, 2025. The two sisters are running to raise as much money as possible for KWF. "We are running this run for our father, who has been fighting this disease for many years, as well as for everyone else affected by it," says Julia Olsthoorn, marketer at OK Plant. "We didn't expect the run to go so well. We are enormously grateful for all the support."

Anyone wishing to support Marly and Julia personally can do so through their action pages at actions.kwf.nl.
