Keukenhof looks back on a radiant season

Keukenhof successfully concludes the 2025 season. Over 1.4 million visitors from all corners of the world enjoyed the colorful spring park between March 20 and May 11. Keukenhof was rated by visitors with a score of 8.7, a wonderful compliment for a colorful experience.
Most visitors came from the Netherlands (20%), but flower enthusiasts from Germany, the United States, France, and Great Britain also found their way to Lisse. In total, Keukenhof welcomed visitors from more than 100 different countries. Noteworthy is the large proportion of young visitors: over 15% of the visitors were in the 25 to 34 age category.

By using arrival timeslots, Keukenhof can effectively regulate visitor numbers. A great innovation this year was the structural use of parking lot P2, which was previously only used during peak moments. The new entrance also contributed to a smooth and welcoming reception.

20% of the visitors visited Keukenhof by bus. Public transport operator Qbuzz transported people to the park from Schiphol, Leiden, Amsterdam RAI, and Haarlem, among other places. Keukenhof encourages visitors to use public transport and therefore offers combi-tickets with an entrance ticket and bus journey in one. New this year was the direct hop-on-hop-off connection from The Hague and Rotterdam. This is an important step towards better accessibility. More and more visitors are thus given the opportunity to opt for the bus. In the coming years, Keukenhof will continue to invest to make it more attractive to leave the car at home.

Keukenhof works year-round with 45 permanent employees. During the opening period, this team grows to no less than 1,100 enthusiastic seasonal workers, who together ensure a unique visitor experience.

Sandra Bechtholt, General Director of Keukenhof: ''It is fantastic to see how many people, from all over the world, come together here to enjoy the flowers. We have had a wonderful spring and are grateful for all the positive responses. This motivates us enormously to make 2026 another blooming success!''.

Keukenhof will be open in 2026 from March 19 to May 10.
