Sustainability in bloom at Together2Grow

Together2Grow, the grower of more than 25 high-quality Alstroemeria varieties within Decorum, is further expanding its sustainable initiatives with the introduction of recycled sleeves.
With 30 million stems per year and a strong focus on collaboration, quality, and sustainability, Bernard, Fedor, and Robin prove that innovation and nature go hand in hand. The company is taking ambitious steps in 2025: from applying insect netting for chemical-free cultivation and Full LED lighting to an upcoming geothermal energy project. With these measures, the choice for recycled covers is a logical step in Together2Grow's strategy.

A portion of the Charm assortment will be the first to shine in these new, environmentally friendly covers. Charm is a line within Decorum, inspired by one of the most long-lasting Alstroemerias, the Charmelia.

The covers are produced by packaging supplier Paardekoper. The Recy Clear covers are crystal clear, fully printable, and made from recycled plastic waste (rOPP35 70%). "We are reducing our environmental impact by demonstrably making our assortment more sustainable and by developing smart, circular packaging, packaging systems, and services. We are working to improve our footprint, both of the organization and the chain,'' says Chris Thurston, Account Manager at the supplier. Together2Grow sends a clear message with this: Together we grow towards a greener world!
