Master class 1: Bouquets in New Ways

Dates: April 29 and 30, 2025

This two-day master class focuses on the bouquet as a form - but in innovative ways. Under the guidance of Gregor Lersch, you will work on:

Frame Bouquets: Learn how to use supporting structures to enhance floral arrangements, both technically and visually.
Standing Bouquets: Design bouquets that stand on their own - suitable for modern presentations and special occasions.

Gregor Lersch shares techniques and insights developed by himself and other master binders. The focus is on form, balance and exploring new boundaries within the traditional bouquet.

Master class 2: Floral art without compromise - 100% biodegradable

Dates: May 1 and 2, 2025

Sustainability plays an increasing role in the floral profession. In this master class, you will develop floral designs using only biodegradable materials. Topics covered include:

Working with fully compostable and environmentally friendly materials
Designs that combine sustainability and aesthetics
New techniques that are directly applicable in practice

This master class offers concrete tools for those who want to work consciously and future-oriented, without compromising on quality or appearance.
