Celebrate Spring: knowledge and inspiration event for florists

Congress ‘Improve your revenue model’
From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the congress 'Improve your revenue model' will take place in Plantion's auction room. Speakers will highlight how florists can improve their returns from various angles. Topics include pricing strategy, efficiency, and customer experience.

• Daniël Pinkse (Royal FloraHolland) discusses how a well-managed cash register can contribute to better sales results.
• Albert Haveman demonstrates how florists can maintain control over their margins and easily compile price lists with the Floral Profit app.
• Tessa Blanken (Paardekooper, Bloom beej Tess) questions whether florists can pass on extra costs for packaging and what the impact of this is.
• Chris Martens (Smithers-Oasis) presents Smithers-Oasis' sustainability strategy, including the new OASIS Renewal Floral Foam, a plant-based floral foam with biobased certification.
• Bram Rijkers (VBW) explains how VBW will financially support its members in 2025 with a personal business budget.
• Chantal Riedeman (Business Blijmakers) concludes with an interactive session on customer experience and customer loyalty.

Workshops and stands
From 6:30 PM onwards, workshops will be held at Groothandelscentrum Plantion on topics such as improving returns, packaging, and sustainable floral foam products. Various companies will have stands on the square, and the Bloem-O-Maat vending machine will be demonstrated. In collaboration with Anthurium Info, a trend presentation will be set up. Purchasing from various suppliers is possible until 9:30 PM.
