The meeting between artist Ellen Korth and Peter van de Pol, director of Schoneveld Breeding, resulted in a special exhibition in which two disciplines come together: flower seed breeding and photography. From mutual appreciation for craftsmanship and creativity, the Sidai exhibition arose – Swahili for 'beauty'.
The exhibition shows refined plant portraits, printed on Japanese Kozo-Washi paper. Each portrait is a carefully designed work of art in which the aesthetics of nature are central.
